There's, you know, looking back on it, I call like sub million dollar for any small business to death zone. And if you can buy into something that is at or above a million dollars, look, most of these businesses will net 15%, maybe 20%. So just do the math on especially what it costs to live in the Seattle area. Are you going to be pulling home 15 20% of 30, 300,000 dollars? The math doesn't work.
