As an attorney in a case where there are questions from the jury, can you read a lot into how you're doing? And do they influence your strategy about how you might proceed in the trial after you see what they're asking? Well, you absolutely try to answer their questions or direct attention to the things that they seem to be thinking about, and it can give insight. But like he said, these are just people. People are weird, and sometimes they're just asking idle questions that, you know, flit across their brains that don't actually have anything to do with how they'regoing to resolve the case.
