The Pros and Cons of Dominating a Female Student

A male colleague has been paying his 22-year-old female student 400 pounds of pop to dominate him for sexual gratification. But apparently there was no actual sex involved. The young student blurted out the story to some colleagues at a social event when she was drunk. She said that she'd ended the arrangement, but he's still pastoring her for more. Should I encourage her to raise this with management as a professional issue? He is a registered professional and this behavior falls below the standards of conduct, performance and ethics he is expected to meet. At the very least, I don't think he should be responsible for students in the future. If anybody does anything that makes you feel uncomfortable
