Building a Team Outside of Your Company
I would say don't be afraid to build your own team outside of your company. I've reached out and started to slowly build a network of other professionals in this space across tech brands, across CBG brands. Don't only look at LinkedIn or a TikTok, look at a Burger King, a Taco Bell, a Glossier. And bring that knowledge to your own company and adapt it in a way that makes most sense for your company.
