A retired US Navy commander had millions of dollars stolen from him by con artists. Wells Fargo and Navy Federal Credit Union continued sending money to the crooks even though they already knew that he had diminished mental capacity. Both banks are being sued over their failure to live up to their legal duty and responsibility, both refused to comment. The banks have a duty under law, acting or done in the place of a parent. They've got to do more.
