I filter for just the opportunity to bet on the flop. My win rate in those opportunities was positive 105 big blinds per hundred hands. That tells me that even though I'm betting 40% of the time, I need to bet more. Have a reason behind every play that you make. Without even any studying, you could start doing that one tonight.
