Animals With Brains
Theory of mind: Brain is a kind of superimposed self on top of the life inside it. In some sense, there's the teleodynamics of my body as the indirectness of being alive. On top of that, animals do something interesting; they have added a component of brain that has its own self. And I like to call this sort of second order, teleodynamics. It's teleodynamics within teleodynamics that may maintains itself.
