Holsters make a bunch of assumptions when they are deciding who to poll. So it's actually anything but a science. There's a bunch of qualitative, almost judgment calls that yeholsters are making. In the old days, they go door to door. Now we tex people on their selphone and there's a link,. They quickly do an on line survey on their phone. These are all the different ways they're interviewed. They're weighted to reflect the senses. If you need 52 guys named dan in new york and you only have 23, you can statisticallyelect in the programme. You can wait them up. Their voice becomes louder. And it gives you a pretty good
