Most of your training time and days should be strength training. Try adding one moderate intensity workout, like my low impact cardio burst class. Or you could try adding a hit workout, either on a bike or taking my a wednesday cardio bursts class. Be a scientist of your own bo i don't have the answers for your body but now you can play around with it.
