The Greatest War of All Time

Stalin's original intention of 1945 to around 1947 was to proceed with some kind of partnership with the West. The Soviets had compromised with the other allies during the war. Roosevelt and Churchill recognized the Soviet sphere influence in Eastern Europe. Stalin, for his part, disbanded the International Communist Congress in 1943.
