We're Going to Have a New Normal for Office Space

i think we're going to see companies struggle to figure out what the new normal is. Companies that push for employees to return to the office might find themselves struggling to attract and retain talent. A third of all people who quit are saying they set out to start their own business, which is pretty incredible. And i expect we will see at least the first half of 20 22 continue in this way.
