John gotman studied marriages in seattle. He can watch a couple fight about something for 15 minutes and predict with 85 % accuracy whether they'll be divorced or not four years from now. The other thing that john gotmen figured out is that there's four major things we want to avoid when we're fighting. Clommn oud go through each one of these. And i'm going to talk about four different things that we can do that helps avoid and protect us from those four horsemen.
