How to Write a Funny Joke

I have this like romantic idea of what a writer's room looks like and for you to say no it is hilarious is nice to hear. I think that's how this goes out probably will have already finished but and it's a big writers room thing so there's lots of comedians just kind of coming and going in the office. We do a lot of kind of testing out so we had a reference to Monica the Gland in one of our sketches  and they found it funny because it's not something that you'd imagine that we'd be referencing. You're constantly doing which previewing is the most painful process and I think I in the world may I'm not a baby yet.
