I don't live in a world where i label things, and i don't think that it affects me negatively. I do have to be mindful and aware of when i'm being overly critical of myself. Just knowing what you like is the strongest tool you could possibly have. And then allowing yourself never to focus on anything negative,. Because you have the choice to where you put your energy. So only on positive things.
