The Journey - Is That a Good Metaphor?

I think a metaphor conveying that would necessarily be helpful or accurate because it's not like a one time action and then you're forever on the right course, right? You want people to kind of change little habits over a long period of time. And I think the next critical piece is that whatever you whatever metaphor you use to describe your users problem, you need to use the same metaphor to describe the solution. So for example, in studies where they describe depression as being physically down, people seem to think that the antidepressant is going to be more effective when it's described as being elevating.
