How to Approach a Startup Problem?

In consulting, you have more difficult problems and you need to solve them in a deep manner. I think it is better to make higher velocity of decisions than get all your decisions right? Go deep. In a startup, there are one or two big decisions. The big decisions is to take time to which market do you want to play it? These are all irreversible decisions. If you can basically say, look, I'm passionate about this problem. It's a large market and it's complicated. That's all you need. Don't over it because starting requires a leap of faith.
