The Fourth Amendment and Privacy

I think it violates the Fourth Amendment to follow you in public. I'll put it this way: If if a guy goes to a woman's house and watches her every day, he will be told to stop. It's stalking. It's harassment. So the cops should be able to do it either. And that pertains to the internet as well. Until we have global governance of some sort, we will be able to use law to like as our backstop for, hey, get out of my bedroom because they're just going to do it.
