Is the Times in the Post and Other Outlets Facing the Prevailing Narrative?
Jeff Girth: I don't understand what goes on these days with reporters who don't feel any obligation to get comment from one of the two parties in a major case. He says he's perplexed things that when he was at the New York Times were axiomatic and built into your DNA. But again, you know, the standards editor used to be an important person; now there are 12 people on masthead but no standards editor.
