The Ghost Flow to Go Fast Principle in Organizational Development
One of the well-established principles in facilitation and in organizational development is what we call the ghost flow to go fast principle. When you start off going really fast, set targets, put all your energy end up to getting tasks done,. If you haven't built that groundwork of organizational trust and capacity and people buying in, then when the crises come, as they will,you don't have the environment to deal with that. And so going, go fast becomes the upfront principle instead of go slow to go fast, which has this larger context.
