Where Do You See Yourself in Five Years?
Where do you see yourself in five years? I usually like to say, what are your career goals? How should people answer this? Should they be overly honest and say, I would love to sit on a couch and watch Netflix nonstop? Or what is the answer that they should be working with? I like your approach and even using that in the inspiration of how to answer it, which is a lot more purpose driven and value driven than anything else.
