I have a I have an energy bank account and every day I get $100 in in one dollar bills. And then when I use energy for certain things, I have to give, you know, money, I give energetic money. So somebody cuts me off and I completely lose my shit and I let it completely ruin my day. It's like, do I really want to give this person $50 of my whole day's earning of energy that I get? so I use that as an analogy to always keep me centered in myself and it's worked tremendously.
