How Safe Do You Feel Where You Are?

The question is, how safe do you feel where you were? And i thought that was just so incredible for all of us to reflect upon. Having a position of authority simply means that you get to operate a greater scale and influence more people. But a leader can never feel safe until the pupil feel safe first. That's the responsibility of the leader to start to go first.
