The company uses cameras on the bottom of balloons to capture images. Instead of steering these balloons, we just have a small mobile launch vehicle that allows us to pick our launch point and project where it will go. And if you just visualize this, if you're in the back of a pickup truck and you let go of a balloon, 300 kilometers later, we can tell you exactly where it's going to be.
