The First Interview as a CIO Founder

As a ceo founder you want to spend as much time with the candidate at front, not only to evaluate for yourself. You also need to keep in the back of your mind that in this first interview, you are selling penning where a candidate is in their current minds. And then when you think of the broader interview, peace, you want to think of who on your team should be interviewing. That's, you know, the other stakeholders. My biggest piece of advice is, you want a structure that, in a way where they're learning from the executive.
