I feel like there's a lot of talent up north and that Canadian companies can take advantage and vice versa. There really isn't a kind of anything to really distinguish a Canadian employee nowadays from an American employee. And you just have, you know, any American employer has that entire talent pool accessible to them. The candidate has a really unique advantage because of time zones, right? And all the time zones are the exact same. So I think it's becoming more and more open.
