The History of Mastery
Aristotle's model of pupilage was adapted by Carlton Washburn in the 1910s and 1920s. The behaviourist Benjamin Bloom then codified it, as did John B Carroll. Tom Guske has also been working on this approach since the 80s. "I don't know anyone that knows more about mastery than Tom Guske"
