The Snow Blindness of a Climber

Michael was working as a commercial guide on an expedition run by his friend Rob Hall. Just a few hours earlier everything had been going well. Michael reached the top with one client Yasuko Namba then began to descend immediately. As it got later and the weather worsened, other climbers including Rob Hall were still heading for the summit. When Michael came across another of their group, Beck Weathers, he was suffering from snow blindness.
