In trade unions negotiations is basically about splitting the pie of profit between capital and labor. Bargaining is all about mandating in efficiency. Public bargaining is nothing but collusion. Unbelievable amounts of money that governments big, there are a lot of 7 million people belong to public union. They spend in governance races sometimes tens of millions of dollars to get their favorite candidate elected.
