The Importance of Scaling Up a Technology

A study published this past January by a company called at CE Delph concluded that lab-grown meat could have a lower carbon footprint than beef if technology improves the production process. They mentioned the endotoxin quite a bit, which is what, bacteria growth in the process and being able to minimize or reduce it or remove it. So what I couldn't get a good sense for is how much that is inherent in the system.
