Buying a B2C Company? What Are the Things to Consider?

When deciding to buy, what are the things to look at, to consider, to think about? I would look a like, does it support the account level? Does it understand that you're not dealing with individual people? So is it likely to be specific? Does it include tracking data? And can it bring that into the same data modl? Then, of course, it has to connect also the business outcome.
