What Is Section 230?
Section 230 says platforms can't be sued for things that their users post. It grew out of a desire to allow the internet to develop, CNN's Jeff Yang says. Lawyer: Given everything that has passed since Section 230 was written, it's time for the High Court to take another look at it.
