I think when he first became leader, he was very seized of how big the challenge was and how far behind labour were. And i think more and more he has come to believe it. If he asks you for help in the next election, with some polling advice or whatever, i wuld happily give it to him. I think this is a group of people who are very enamoured by the folk lore around margaret thatcher. They love the idea of the lady's not forturning kind of speech. But thi picture is looking very bleak for this fledgling government.
