Joe Terrari speaks with Mike about intentionally seeking out meaningful feedback in order to grow as a preacher. They speak about the practice of critique that Professor Terrari employs in the classroom and how Bible Study leaders, Preachers and Pastors can implement some of these practices into their own lives.
They even talk about the importance of watching your own sermons as a means of self-evaluation and the benefits it can bring to the growing teacher.
Joe is the Lead Pastor of Connection Church in Pottstown, PA where he has served for 16 years. He is a 2006 graduate of the University of Valley Forge, where he also serves as a preaching professor. He has been married to his wife Cheryl for 19 years and they have four children, Joseph, Lucy, Olivia and Ezra. Joe enjoys cooking, golfing, reading, and is a loyal yet discouraged fan of the Buffalo Bills.
