What Teams Have the Most Unfinished Business?

There are some teams that more or less finished their off season makeovers before the lockout was imposed. But i wonder which teams you think have the most unfinished business to resolve from a roster construction stamp. The yankees stand out to me as a team that e has some work yet to do. I don't get the impression from the way that theyr and plans have been reported that they were like in a particular hurry. And we will w i guess it remains to be seen whether or not they really are out on some of the big guys like korea. They need em. It's o to laugh, ecause otherwise they would be very sad.
