Niatsov and Musa Melnikova

Niazaf Niatsov grew up in an orphanage and became a member of the Soviet family. In 1980, he's named head of the Communist Party in Aschibat - still only 40 years old. The Turkmen Republic has been held by Mohammed Nasar Gaparov since 1969. Gorbachev sweeps Gaparov out of office just before Christmas 1985. There is one obvious choice as his successor: Njazov.
