The Diversification Benefits of Working in a Hedge Fund?
I started in the hedge fund industry not knowing what a hedge fund was. So I've become a portfolio manager in a well-known hedge fund when people didn't really know what hedge funds were. And one of the great unsolved issues in hedge funds has always been, I really like these benefits. They do good things for my portfolio, but God, it's awful to invest. You pick a guy who you think can do no wrong, and then he somehow, it's like the fly hits the windshield.
