How to Be a Successful Entrepreneur

I love the fact that you said that entrepreneurs are really not risk takers. How do you teach people to do this? Is this something that you spend time actually cultivating in people? I think that we've, actually in the book I talk about something we did at Endeavour, which is different profile types. What we think is know your strengths and then surround yourself with people who bring something else to the table. Our entrepreneurs don't care whether it takes two days or 20 days or 200 days, they'll get around the red tape.
