The Importance of Focusing on Income From Day One
This is not a here's my strategy and everyone listening should be doing the same. This is just a way of thinking to help people frame their property portfolios differently. If you've been focused on income from day one, which I haven't, then you will not like this strategy because it's not going to work out for you. For me, the income was nice in the beginning.
