Joseph Mengele: A Mad Scientist on the Run

Joseph Mengele was a Nazi scientist who fled to South America after the death of Adolf Eichmann. There are many fictional depictions of him, but he's really an old man working as a contractor for his family company. He never did anything terrible while on the run that there's any documentation of. The point is though that he there's evil is not a thing.
