Do You Have Bad Days?

i think most people have bad moments that ruin their day. Most of the time, it's because you haven't acquired the skillf of compartmentalizing a problem to an issue. I can literally be in a meeting with someone getting pretty heated, and walk right out and do a call, or do a podcast,. And so i think when you say, all i have bad days,  it's not something that's easy to learn. Our thing is that no matter how bad things are going, you are ultimately in control of it. If you say you're not, you're lying, right? Eh?
