Do We Really Need Nuclear Weapons?
It used to be nuclear weapons the kind or rules were a country that has nuclear weapons, you don't invade it. We tried not to provoke larger conventional wars with a a capable ally,. Now that's changed. So now, oh, a nuclear armed enemy, we can't do anything about even invading conventional wars. That always was an interesting question. If puton uses a couple of nuclear weapons in poland, are we really going to, no, kill everybody in moscow? Maybe not.
