The Impact of Nudges on Productivity and Productivity
In call centres, we've been able to increase productivity by eight % through nudges. We looked at product engagement stats and found that months pre inpose nudges, employees who were much more active on the platform were significantly more likely to have moved up from one performance rating bucket to the next. That effect was even stronger amongst low performers moving up. And it was the strongest amongst managers who moved up one performance bucket to the at second after six months of nudges.
