The only rule of thumb that we held is the rule of thumb for any sort of like user conversation and research which was to ask open ended questions. And so the question I guess was really just like, hey, thanks for joining. Would love to hear what you wanted to share with us. So it's pretty standard stuff. But the most important thing to think about is keep your questions open but also making sure that the user or the customer feels like the floor is theirs to talk about. It's a safe space for them to talk about anything they want.
