What Makes a Team Look Like They Really Know What They're Doing?

There are some things that seem obvious, but that you shouldn't jump to conclusions about. The two big traits that a team has that make me feel like they are going to be able to capably manage a sequel server and do a great job with it is being willing to discuss and challenge any element of the configuration. These are not things that i can learn from the sequel server itself. Whether or not a team is capable has to do with a mind set more than anything else. Sometimes our knowledge is a little bit out of date.
