Is Cheap Money Killing Silicon Valley Bank?
Silicon Valley bank was doomed one way or another, maybe not doomed to fail, but doomed to have a really bad time. When did they fail? They failed when they sold all their available for sale securities, all the cheap money, and lost a billionaire. Then they announced they had to raise a billionaire. The root of the problem here is leverage. I think that was part of what killed them.
