Armenia's Military Tactics Make More Sinn

The death total now, from what i'm reading, is around about 450. It seems to be that they are targeting military installations as well as any populated centre. They effectively will shoot or bomb anything that moves. We don't exactly have a lot of bomb shelters and stuff like that, so people don't av a lot of places to hide.
