We've Had a Lot of New Staff Join and It's Been a Great Transition for Us

With so many people joining has it been challenging maybe to provide enough on boarding and mentorship for everyone who's potentially starting in this job? We try to have a cap on the number of people anyone any given person is managing. And we also try to make out time i guess when new staff start just to like have extra meetings with them to make sure that checking and making sure they're doing okay.
