i think there are some interesting analogues here. The internet caught almost everyone by surprise. And facebook is actually a great example of that. It's common to hear about facebook one of the best ever pivots to mobile. But that's partly because facebook was actually late to understand its technical premises. i think ark has learned from the speed with which mobile disrupted the world, through which the internet disrupted the world. He personally knows the consequence of being a little bit late, even if he was one of the biggest beneficiaries of the shift. I'm committed to not being late and, in fact, being well early.
