The Importance of Higher Education

Politicians tend to be very traditional one of the biases we have it's a common psychological bias is that we think that the past is always better than it actually was. So many politicians may be very conservative in thinking that the type of school the type of university they attended is the best one ever. That tends to favor stickiness in educational decisions for all policymakers so I'm not thinking necessarily of education versus other investments but certainly investing in traditional education is something that is liked a lot because of their own experience by politicians.
