The Importance of Collaboration in NHS
There is still a lot which can be done within NHS. But it's not willingness of the organization that is stopping or it's not that the senior leaders and CEOs don't want that change. It is purely finances. Another thing with the mergers of CCGs and ICSS is that they have been experiencing change after change after change. So we probably need to get better as an organization in NHS to let one change sector before bringing in another change.
